I see that Mystic now has the 2018 Heirloom supplement available. Also the stamps that go with it.
Believe it or not, I've found that this is the most efficient way of purchasing the stamps. Excluding the high value stamps, souvenir sheets, and duck stamps which I try to purchase at various post offices.
Not for nothing but the year 2019 will be the last year for my Mystic Heirloom collection. That's when my last volume will be full. So this one will be my next-to-the-last Mystic supplement. I just hate the modern USA "stickers" of today!
