A cut corner from postal card UX12. There are two types; a flat bed printing and a rotary press printing. No idea on how to tell which is which.
As a side note, you could easily post larger images if you'd crop them closer. Your image as shown is 117 KB, I cropped it as close as I could and am posting the 37.7 resulting image. Think of the room you'll save in your files.
As jobi01 points out, it's not really a cut square, and that essentially makes it valueless, so determining the flat or rotary isn't of much value. Though that said, a cancelled version (in entirety) has a value of 65cents.
