I have looked in my 2014 Scott catalog (yes it's time to update) but have not been able to find the below. Even tried Google. Not sure how many of these were produced but kinda neat that this is number 1000.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

A lot of Paraguayan issues aren't catalogued (by SG, at least) as they weren't genuinely available for postal use. Could be one of those.

Hello,

Stampworld has this as an airmail entry in 1975. Give that try.

Hope this helps.

1975 Airmail - The 200th Anniversary of Independence of the United States of America - Paintings of Sailing Ships
20. October WM: None Perforation: 13˝

I was not able to find this quickly in Scott. As noted below this could be Scott #1624 as it notes it is am airmail with one stamp.

Hobsun

Does the SS have the name of "Montgomery" on it HB?

Checked Gibbons - it does not catalogue this set as it was not a legitimate issue.
