What is the actual value of such stamps? Are these just wads of common stamps that you have, either on paper, or removed from piece/cover?
Were they issued in the last 30 - 40 years?
If the answer to this is yes, I would say your best bet, if you don't want to fiddle with it, is just make one big giant lot, lump it on
ebay, and see how it goes. If it's just this run of the mill stuff that were printed in the 100's of millions or even billions, they won't be of interest to a dealer. You might also try to sell them locally at an event if a local stamp club organizes regular "swap meets".
If they are UNUSED, that's a different story, since you mentioned "they are not stuck together". They would only be stuck together if they were still with original gum.
So if UNUSED, you can often sell at a % of face value (and a dealer may be interested in that). Many dealers sell "modern" unused stamps at some % of their face. This becomes a "postage lot". And essentially people buy it because it is cheap postage. (They can use them on things they wish to ship.) If this is the case, usually the higher the face value of the individual stamps, the better. (i.e. no one wants to put 300 1c stamps on a box that cost $3 to ship). So if their value is 50c+ per stamp, then all the better. But lot's of people will buy postage lots.
