So this looks like a 492 type three but the lines are very weak on top of toga, connecting lines at hair and in left ribbon, no 2nd line. Also this doesn't look like a light printing, very sharp details and color is strong.
Cancellation date makes it most likely to be a #492 (Unwatermarked). It could possible be a #455 (if watermarked). The second line in the ribbon is there, although a bit weak. The stamps was attached using a stamp affixing machine that had the roll a bit misaligned causing the separation appearance shown (perfs missing on the left).
Thats what I assumed but have you ever seen the line that is suppose to connect the lines on the check only connect 4 not 5? Also have you ever seen the left ribbon shading that faint? Is this common?
First image is the cheek, Second is the ribbon. This is of two different stamps that show the best example of what you wish to see. Note the cross hatching in the frame line in image #2--that's only present in Type-III, #455 and #492, it doesn't show on all examples though so its not a primary factor in determining the type.
