I found this one interesting. Can't find in SG online/the Steiner pages, but thought it was cool nonetheless!

Nice stamp!

It is part of a set of 14 issued on Oct 12, 1942 to commemorate the 450th anniversary of the discovery of America by Columbus. In the Scott catalog it is Bahamas #118.

I'll check my other laptop to see if I have the Steiner pages loaded and try to find the file/page for you.

My Steiner file for Bahamas is 5 years old, but I find the spot on page 10 of Bahamas1952.pdf.

KHJ: Thanks for the compliment! Page 10 of my Steiner pages doesn't have a spot for the 3.5 pence stamp.

Nic: Thanks! I thought them cool as well...got a fair set of them :D

I hope you learned your lesson. The moral of this story is:
Quit studying for finals and just stick to playing with stamps!

(Unless, the course you are taking is Advanced Philately.)

Unfortunately, I didn't see Advanced Philately as a course choice.

Thanks David..and thanks for those who corrected me :P.
