If not mistaken several of the older Scott albums have pages for the U.S. cut squares. Not sure about others.

I can only attest to their existence. When I was growing up in London back in the 1970's, at auction I won an old Schaubek world cut square album that ran from the beginning to the early 1900's (providing some idea of its age). Since the pages were slowly toning, a couple of decades ago I transferred all of the cut squares into four SG Senator Standard albums (providing an idea of the size). I still have the old album as it makes for a terrific catalogue / reference since its illustrated.

For US, Scott has long made National US album pages for cut squares. It now exists as a 3-ring album unto itself, but if you're not going up-to-date, Scott once made pages alone that I recall being available as an add-on. Somebody selling old supplements might have one.
One thing about cut squares is that you are somewhat at the mercy of whatever the page publisher decides is the right size for a cut square. Scott has generous size spaces but a lot of the few cut square collectors today only want pieces that fill the box. It does look kind of odd with typical older sized cut squares in huge frames on the page. |

Come to think of it, the pages kept changing too, with the new images added every time there were new issues. So after a year or two, sometimes more; the older updated pages get pulled and new ones superceeded them. |

I've got a set of the U.S. pages which I have used, but I'm not a fan of them.
I'll be redesigning this album in the near future to allow for my collection of full corner cut squares (2x2). For some issues, there's no where near enough space to mount a collection like this.
I'd suggest creating your own pages with the album page generator of your choice. |

Interesting considerations. Thank you. US I have 500 -1000 pieces, begging for sorting. (Most with Pmks) Perhaps I could Sort via my Scott specialised, create an image database, then print pages to suit the sizes, as I have done with my Umbrella database. Then the boxes would perfectly fit the fragments........ It doesn't provide for additions, but that can be overcome. Interesting... |

Hi Rod, I finally switched over to Varios for my cut squares, provides the flexibility I was looking for...handles various sizes including full envelopes. Don |

Rod: There is on ebay a "Worldwide 19th Century Postal Stationery" album, printable download from Revenue Collector.com (maybe a member here?....). Also a set of US only Scott pages for sale, only through 1926 though, and yours seem to be newer on the whole. Many old albums included them for worldwide envelopes, like McKeel's, early Scott, but the countries are more limited if I recall. |

Old Scott Internationals (printed in the 1890s or before) had spaces for "envelope stamps" (stationery cut squares) for many countries. These spaces were dropped from the albums pretty early though. Such albums show up at action pretty regularly, and unless they are packed with goodies they will be inexpensive. The old albums themselves won't likely be suitable for your use, but you could make your own pages based on the spaces in the albums.
If you want a reasonably complete album for worldwide stationery, including the 20th century, you might have to pony up some money for a Higgins & Gage catalogue (fairly expensive when they come up for sale) and make your own pages based on that. |
