Hello my name is Robert I Am new to this and not so good with the computer (kinda slow)you know what I mean. I have been collecting stamps on and off for some time, and also inherited some, I have never really previously reached out to any one... I have fumbled through this site I stumbled upon today in my endeavor to find people that also collect stamps. I did create a post and posted it in the wrong topic but then notice it right away and took it down I did repost it in various countries. So I am just learning this forum and how to navigate please excuse my ignorance.

Mistakes are a necessary part of the process. I've been making many myself as a newbie as well!

Greetings, Robert.

We are kindred spirits, as I have been combing through this forum only for a few weeks now. My best advice: Be very clear and deliberate in your word choice should you decide to post a question here (that goes for ANY internet forum, really). It's very easy for the thread of responses to go off the rails due to innocent misinterpretations.

And even when the discussions go off topic, I still pick up insight that inspires outside research via Mr. Google. It works for me, albeit in a messy way.
