I think this A66 is a 1904 SC143 but correct me if I'm wrong. Seems more light yellow-green rather than the grey-green. Mainly I am wondering if you have seen a cancel like this before and can tell me more about it.

I think it might be an inspector's mark but hopefully someone else can confirm?
