so for this stamp, I think its a Scott Germany 760, the description is listing the size as 18.5x22mm. I dont see in the catalogue where to measure that - is that the size of the colored area? I did see a post on the site to which that is referring to, just wanted to confirm im doing this right and not suppose to measure exterior of stamp.
