It usually takes about 3 years for the US Post Master and Stamp Committee to consider, plan, approve, and print stamps before the issue date. Any idea when this was initially suggested?

I heard the Omaha Show is going to be train themed because of the location of Omaha on the train routes.

It's the 150th anniversary of Union Pacific. That is why the show is in Omaha, supposedly they are paying for it.
