There seems to be some additional interest in identifying Japanese reproductions. I'm on the road, so this is what I have on my laptop.

However, the inscriptions are not limited to these 3.
Here are some examples of stamp reproductions, where the inscription is marked in red.


Sometimes, the inscription is not the normal inscriptions and is well-hidden in the design (as in the bottom example). Sometimes, on the back of the stamp. Remember, there are still plenty of forgeries out there in which the inscriptions were not put on the stamp (illegal reproductions) or removed.
