This is one I can't find anywhere. Everything about the coat-of-arms is cruder than the regular and notice the left foot. If this were a forgery, it wouldn't fool anyone unless they had never seen a regular stamp (or a good forgery) before. Also, this this is typo, not litho. Paper color is different as well. Also, no dots in design. This one has a small thin. Thank you

Seems to be a facsimile.(must be hand painted)They can be quiet old:end of 19th century. An e bay seller has a few from an old accumulation apparently..
