Hi

Trying to determine Country which issued this stamp. I can not find anything on the stamp which would suggest one. Anyone have an idea?

It's a Nepal telegraph stamp.

Similar stamps were used earlier for postage but this one looks to me to be a late blurred printing and it has a telegraph cancellation.
