Wow, thanks. It's hard for me to get rid of stamps. It's my kryptonite.. I have been thinking of trading some for other stamps I need but can't part even though I may have 50 of a certain issue. Darn you stamp gods..

I collected Christmas seals early in my stamp collecting career, but soon fell out of it because my interests laid elsewhere. The question shouldn't be what we think about you saving the seals, but rather would you enjoy having them as part of your collection? If so, by all means save and mount them. If not, then perhaps you can trade them for something you are interested in or sell them to help fund your other interests. Go with what feels right to you.

Christmas seals are colorful and loads of fun -- and if you branch out to collecting Xmas seals from other countries, or seals issued for different states/provinces, you'll be busy for a good long while. They're issued for many countries you might not expect (e.g., Japan).
