I just bought this on ebay. It looks sound to me, with a couple of shorter perfs. With stamps from this era, I'm always worried about reperfs though. What do you think?

The left side perfs looks a bit funny, and the vertical margins are a bit small. It might be OK, but I don't like it.

The left side looks suspect to me because the top perf holes are closer to the outer frame line than the ones at the bottom, which is an indicator of re-perfing. Look at the top left 2nd & 3rd holes down from the top as opposed to the 2nd and 3rd holes up from the lower left corner. also look at how close the 6th perf hole down on the left side comes in close to the frame, whereas the 5th and 7th are further out from the frame line. The other 3 sides look like normal perfing to me. Just saying, I'm no expert, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

The fact that the two sides do not appear to be parallel is more of a problem then the top being closer to the design is. If both sides were angled the same it might well be OK. And pins get bent, so they do not always line up exactly. But these perfs are too round, and too clean, and look too much alike. They do not look like the perfs on the other three sides.

Thanks for the opinions. I'll look at it a lot closer when I get it. It does look to me like the left and tight sides are both slightly skew the same angle.
