I found this cover in a dealer's junk box and was intrigued by the slogan cancel image. Would someone translate it for me?

have come across part machine cancels with the fellow in the Postbox before,

Rod, as a cancel collector, I couldn't pass it up, especially at fifty cents. A clever drawing, someone in the Danish post office department had a sense of humor. Nice bullseye on the second stamp as well.
