I'm trying to determine whether the stamp on the right is an error. It seems dark blue has been omitted. Is this a known error stamp?

Thank you for the link. It was quite a read and very informative. It also addressed another post of mine regarding tagging of Canadian Stamps. Varieties of the landscape issue $1 stamp focus on the $ sign. I noticed another variety on the posted images that went unaddressed. The shifting of the letter P into the top of the mountain. Appears to be a constant and perhaps need not be addressed.

$1 and postes/postage were printed in recess; the mountain in offset-litho so it is quite normal to have shifts in any direction.
