"Vanderbilt Treasury" Cancel On Revenue Stamp, Have Never Before Seen This.

Hello all,

maybe someone here can enlighten me:
There is an embossed cancel on this stamp that I think reads "Vanderbilt Treasury".
Is this a common cancel? Can anyone tell me whether this is related to the Vanderbilt family?
Would love to know more!
Sorry for the quality, I just purchased this one and have not received it yet.
