Gibbons color, Deep rose to Rose carmine. PF database images appeared to show inconsistencies between Certified copies.

finches, the key identifier for #482A is that the design is Type 1a. Your stamp lacks the enhanced toga button and rope, making it a Type 1 and therefore either a #482 if unwatermarked or a #409 if on watermarked paper.

The cancel obscures the toga button. I do agree too border of rope looks weak.
