Have you considered the Roger Whittaker #14011 stamp on ebay? It's so rare, it's not even listed in Scotts! Even with the short perfs, it's a real steal -- for someone.
Inside of the Windows Accessories folder, which you can access by clicking on the Windows icon at the bottom left and then scrolling down, is an application called Snipping Tool.
It is easy to use, and you can "capture" as much or as little of an image as you want.
