It is a 37c U.S. postage stamp with a nice cancellation that hides "37 USA".

question is about cancellation- What kind of cancellation is this which includes an image and greetings.

It's a machine slogan cancellation, often used to publicize certain events or things. Here, it's probably movie advertisement/promotion and happens to have a pictorial/picture element to it. That's Rodney and Fender from the cartoon movie Robots (2005).
