I just ran across the following Hamburg "Hammonia" local issue. Perforated? Postmarked "beforterungen"

Any thoughts on origin/description greatly appreciated.

This looks like Hammonia I of Hamburg (1st organization of the company) #2A (perf 14 1/2) in Michel Deutschen Privatpostmarken Katalog of 1990. Price given is 8 DM for used.

Stadtbriefbefoerderung translates as city letter transporting.
