What a rip off. Promises something starting at a penny, but has a starting bid of £10.00. Whats with that?

He should have been taught to put the decimal point in the proper place before trying to sell.

Just an odd marketing device. Looking at his/her other items, what really amazes me is how many people offer decent money for scruffy 1d blacks.

Spacefiller Penny Blacks always fetch good money on ebay these days. Gone are the days when dealers would give them away with major purchases.
