This website has a lot of information for non-stamp collectors that have inherited a stamp collection: http://www.inheritedstampcollection.com/Whether you decide to sell, donate, or keep and build on your collection, there's some advice for you there. Simple rule of thumb: If your family spent a lot of money on the collection, there's a good chance it is worth good money. If they didn't spend a lot on their stamps it probably isn't worth very much. You're more than welcome to post pictures of what you have. |

What sort of info do you want? If you're concerned with value, I would say it's an attractive collection of fairly common stamps. You might get £100 or so if you sold it all? Others may agree or not with my opinion, but I don't think that figure is far off. The stamps have more worth as artistic and historical items than their re-sale value. |

I doubt that it would get more than US $30-50, due to the large amount of common stamps. But you should check out the website that codehappy gave you and come back to us with your comments. Good luck. |

That's a really nice homemade album. Do you know who/what/when it was made? One of your parents, perhaps? Is there more?? Do you just want to sell it or are you interested in collecting/continuing their collection? A nice start on a worldwide collection. If not for you, then maybe for one of your kids... If you want to sell, stick it on ebay & it will go quickly. I'd agree with values offered above, though I'd say prob closer to $50 than $100... |

i would have to say if sold on ebay it wouldn't get much more than $20 because of the weigth the postage would be very high. |

I know that my grandfather collected, but in his last years he wasnt interested about them. There is nothing more and yes im interested to sell them but just incase would let some proffesional look at them. I did little research myself and I saw few expensive ones in my collection. Also little info those stamps seem to be unused and placed there with hinges few are not connected. |

Good morning from Indiana and Good afternoon over the pond. The major value in your collection is to your family and its connection to your grand father. I would keep it in tact especially if it might inspire you or some future member of your family to collect.

Agree with SORSH ,it is a beginner type collection about $25.00 . No sets and looks like it was put together with mixture lots . There are a few revenue and Cinderella stamps in that collection . As someone above stated keep it in the family and someone will take a interest in it ,since it was from your grandparents . |

Hello. They all have hinges. Something like that I don't accept as a gift. It would just give me a lot of work. Give it as a gift to a young man who cares about them, he will gain their appreciation, much more than $25. Regards. |

Hi, Eestilehm, I really have nothing to add about the collection itself, other members have said everything, I would just like to say that in July, 2017 I was on a tour of Northern Europe, and was lucky enough to spend a couple of days in your beautiful country. My wife and I took a ferry from Stockholm to Tallinn, and spent two wonderful days in and around that magnificent city. You are very fortunate to live there. Good luck with your collection, I hope you decide to keep it and add to it. |
