Was looking at this commemorative stamp and was wondering if they used a Scott 554 - 579 - Etc.

The Dec. 10, 1926 date on the envelope below the stamp would imply that it is Scott 634.

the perforation at the bottom looks strange, could you show the stamp without the foil?

stamperix...I didn't really want to destroy the package..It is probably just that it is behind the foil..right...??

yes, perhaps the perforation at the bottom is just not been made perfectly (more fibers left), that could be also the case.
