I've never had to file such a claim with PayPal; but is 4 days reasonable for the sellers to respond to the claim once filed before moving forward?
Hate being or perceived as a jerk; and have never left even marginal, let alone negative feedback on any seller ever on
ebay or Hipstamp, but not also can't stand non-responsiveness.
In regards to to the first, GMOT; I'd have been ok if they had replied with something finite; i.e. "I'll mail them in 2 days, thanks for being patient" but after 3 weeks with that response that had to be prompted, kind of felt like there is a bigger problem.
