My Gibberish-to-English translator is broken, maybe you can understand this lot description:
"A140,2c deep rose Type1,Mint Never Hinged, flat plate print, block of 3, Imperf x P12, error print, Un watermark ( I do not see any water mark under the light ) nearest ref SC423B or E various as rose red with water mark.
Mathematically well center.
I am not sure the date of the print, at a guess around 1913-1915 when change over the test print. It was the biggest cock-up in the history of USA postage print. Again, it happen in 1915-1917 changeover from water mark to unwater mark paper and used the gauge of perforation 11 instead Perforation 12 gauge was used.
1913-1915
As the Bureau of Engraving and Printing made the changeover to perf 12 from perf 10 in the normal course of their stamp run they perforated limited quantities of 2 cents with the old 10-gauge perforations in one direction and new 12 gauge perforations in the other direction that caused the production of P12 x P10 or P10 x P12 as indicated SC423A to SC423E.
1915-1917
The 11 perforation gauge was not set in as in this case, instead 12 perforations gauge was set to the production and caused on this 3 stamps. These were NOT machine production errors. This is biggest cock up than before 1913-1915 !
