I have a pile of letters with scott #632 stamps. The one I want help with identifying is a possible scott #632b. The reason I think so is because it has a horizontal imperf between where there was another stamp ontop. There are no records of a scott 632b (used), and I would like to hear what you think.

No, it is just poorly centered.

I am 100% sure Rogdcam is correct, poorly centered. The stamp above this one would likely be poorly centered as your example is. Common for a massive production run. You would need both stamps showing imperf in between.
