I have four of these stamps from France. I have searched through catalogs by denomination and year but have yet to find anything about this stamp. For my personal collection I sort by year so I don't need many details, but a year of issue would certainly help, unless it was issued more than once with different paper or perforations or something. Any ideas? Thank you!

1892, 1F & 2/10 blue. Yvert Dimension 53, but my catalogue isn't the current one.

Registration of official documents.
"Dimension" because the amount of the tax depended on the size of the document.
