Big Malay Federated States Tiger Lot

So this lot sold this morning on the german ebay site for 15.11 Euros, which is about $16.74.
The Seller did not mention in the title or description that this was a lot of Malay stamps. He just said "Federated States", thats it.
Most of them are Mint condition.
Was that price a steal for these?
