Hello fellow Stamp Friends,
What is your opinion on the below pictured #137 Lincoln 6c?
Is that vertical line an error in Print? I know the stamp is somewhat damaged but for that vertical line I do not see a corresponding crease on the back.
What are your opinions?

The vertical line is a guide line used as an aid in cutting the sheets of 400 into panes of 100.

The white line is either a scratch or a crease. It is just damage. #137 has a grill on the back. I don't see a grill on the back of the stamp. With the straight edge and the tears it's kind of an unsellable stamp in terms of value. I can't tell if it has a secret mark or not from the scan and I can't see the paper type, so nailing down the identification isn't too easy.

This stamp has a secret mark, so can't be Scott 137. Based on the back, it's almost certainly a Continental Bank Note Co. Scott 159.
