I am off to PSE and need looking through some of my old stamps. Want to send in this one and a few others but what is it?

Don't get this wrong, but you may have the cart before the horse.

I admire your enthusiasm for the hobby, but I would encourage you to get the tools of the trade first - tongs, perforation gauge, watermark equipment, catalogs for the areas of interest, etc., and become proficient with these tools to identify most of your stamps yourself. Ask questions on the ones which still puzzle you. Then consider getting certs on only a very modest number of them. It will save a lot of money in the long run.

To answer your specific question. These are both perf 11, Scott 507 with a value of about the cost of a certificate. From a financial standpoint, most collectors would say not worth submitting.

I would say neither is worth submitting. Be aware that having a certificate and grade for the stamps here would be considered meaningless for most any buyer. That means they would not pay even the cost of the certification on top of what the stamp is worth. If NH, I would say normal retail for the second stamp would be around $20-25 when your cert costs for it would be $32 (graded) plus a part of the registered return mailing.

John Becker's advice here is the best there is; take it to heart.
