I have what looks to be a deed with this stamp attached. was wondering if anyone knew the value and what it is if anything?

Thank you. Interesting read, I didnt realize it was attached front to back. would you venture a guestimate? Insurance purposes, was damaged in a fire. Is it worth having it restored?
