Hey all!

I am brand new to stamps after inheriting my grandpa's collection and have been slowly working my way through organizing and transferring stamps from old black pages to stock books for now. His collection is from all over but a huge amount is dedicated to British Commonwealth countries and territories. Today I have been focusing on St Helena and Ascension. Hope you all enjoy it and if anyone can provide and feedback or remark on anything of special note it would be appreciated!

Edit- I am cross posting here and there with the " inherited a collection" section but figured the specialized areas might be a bit better for info... Thanks!

The KGV Badge stamps have some varieties. For instance the Brocken Main Mast flaw(a small white line cutting the mast ,just above the main deck). The Brocken Flag flaw, the Cleft Rock flaw..
Your pics are not clear enough too see if they are present….
Cleft rock flaw:

@perf12 I thought I would follow up on this topic as I am interested in the torn flag variety on the St Helena issues as I mine is "partially" torn:

I'm going to assume this doesn't count as the proper variety shown below?

The tear in the flag is more in the upper middle part.

I agree. The actual flaw is more like a fang, and less like a blob.
