None of the GB issued stamps are labelled correctly. The "Ei" should be "Wi" I don't have an up to date S.G.Concise as I don't collect anything GB beyond 1980. My 2010 Concise lists 690Wi at £6.00, 694Wi at £5.00, 695pWi at £2.00. A non-phosphor stamp 695Wi would catalogue in excess of £100 so worth checking for phosphor bands or lack of.
