I measured the grill and its 11 x 14mm. I know these grills can be forged, so I assume that only have original gum would help.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I can't get an accurate count of columns from that picture - but I get the impression the points run vertically which would rule out a Z grill - but not sure. Can you scan the back?

rlsny, thank you for your reply. How many columns are suppose to be for a Z grill?
I do not have a scanner currently.

A photo under oblique low light helps much for this task.
But rlsny already gave the right advice.
