I purchased a pristine set of Mystic Heirloom Collection stamp volumes 1-3 today at an Estate sale. The books are not complete. However, there is a 2c Black Harding Rotary Press lightly cancelled. I measured the perf. They are perf. 11 on all sides. Any help with this stamp is greatly appreciated.

BOLO the multi-award winning exhibit on The Two Cent Hardings by James S Hering MD.

Q/ Perhaps it will be shown at the APS/ATA/AFDCS show in Hartford net summer?

Another good reason to barrel-up I-95 ...

Cheers,
