I am going to read this article more carefully but just skimming it I see that Figure 6 states "Genuine" when it should be "Forgery".

In genuine stamps the rear wheel can be just before the "t" ,above it or just after.
the accent over the "i" ;would better be described as squarish.It is not always so.
Also the accent over the "e" can touch the letter in some positions.
Total number printed is 60.000 for no.1,60.000 for no.2.
