119-P4? Maybe 119-P3 Mounted On Card?

I have a proof labeled 119P4. 119P4 is not listed in the 2019 Scott Specialized catalog. Perhaps it is a 119P3 mounted on card. How can you tell if you have a card proof or an "india mounted on card" proof?" Is "india on card" a collectable variety? Or is it just to same to separate the india proof from the card?

Or maybe I have something altogether different?

I would check the essay section of Scott for these. you have a type I and type II frame. essays were also done as india on card because of the fine impressions that could be gotten. there was a previous discussion somewhere on the board on how to tell the card vs an india on card. all proofs and essays are collectible and sought after as collateral material or in their own right.

The first one is a Type III design 129P4.
