GB Victorian Penny Red Imperfs

My first post here so hello everyone. This is an entire written on the 28th February 1846. I'm wondering if anyone could help me plate the stamp from the date of the entire I assume it's between plates 59 and 75. The thing that intrigues me is that the stamp doesn't appear to have been cut out with scissors in the normal way and looks as if it could be a form of roulette separation. Too early for the Archer experiments so I'm wondering if anyone has any information about this. Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Thanks a lot for your interest. I have a few of these covers from the Scottish area and haven't been up to Scotland for nearly 50 years. Hope this picture is large enough for you. I'm particularly interested in the edging of the stamp. It certainly hasn't been cut out with scissors and I just cannot comprehend how someone in those days could fold the stamp so accurately and tear it out manually on all four sides. I can plate my Penny Blacks but I just haven't the reference works for the Penny Reds.All the best and have a good weekend. Regards

Apologies for the delay in replying. Looks like a plate 68 to me. P centred low and to the right, E well centred and a slight upturn on the bottom horizontal line.

It's not rouletted. I'd guess that rather than being torn from the sheet by hand it may be torn with a ruler or something similar being used as a guide line.
