Canada and Rhodesia. I tried, but I can't pick one over the other.

After last week, my own. Otherwise, I'm interested in France, and collect France and the French area (pre- and post-independence), the Middle East, except Israel, Czechoslovakia, because I love the stamps, and Cuba, in philatelic tribute to Fidel.

Hawaii would be #1 both the stamps and visiting. Rich history, beautiful portrait stamps from ABN Co. well documented postal history, etc.

If I was going to start a new collection outside my current areas, I think it would be French Southern and Antarctic Territory

Not picking USA, I tend to enjoy collecting Haiti the most.

If we're not talking stamps, Luxembourg remains the favorite I've visited.

I like a lot of foreign countries but if I would have to pick a favorite it would be Great Britain. Australia would be my second choice.
