Although I collect worldwide, larger collections include GB, Germany (all periods) and New Zealand. Also got a great love of French airmail stamps.

Hmmm.
Non-revenue material: Sweden, Persia, Indonesia. I have a general interest in German Area due to heritage and childhood, but I don't actively pursue it.
Just revenues: France, Mexico |

I collect worldwide, and have good collections of lots of places. I'm not so keen on countries once they start spewing out hundreds of new issues per year, so less keen these days on places like UK, Australia, New Zealand and a lot of commonwealth countries.
Some favourites? US, Germany, France, Scandinavia, Portugal, Italy, Russia, various Arab states, Brazil, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Japan... too many to mention. |

My favorite foreign countries are: Brazil, Canada, Ireland and Germany. I collect all four to 1990. |

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example. I collect for enjoyment, not investment. APS Member #223433 Postmark Collectors Club Member #6333 Meter Stamp Society Member #1409 |

I don't really collect worldwide stamps per se anymore, but for topicals, covers, etc., I suppose my favorite foreign countries for collecting are pretty much the same as my favorite foreign countries in general: Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. All other things being equal, I'm more inclined to buy an Esperanto-themed cover or postcard from Germany or Japan than from elsewhere in the world, simply because of an emotional attachment to and time spent in those countries. |

Hello OzwaldO - You mentioned Bhutan for fun. Do you collect the silver-foil, round issues as well? |

One of my favorites is ICELAND but those stamps are soon to be no more! Iceland is calling it quits as a stamp issuing nation. Iceland Post issued 11 stamps May 7, including a Europa stamp with the theme of ancient postal routes. The country's last stamps are scheduled to be released Oct. 29.
A May 7 post by on the Facebook page of Iceland Post's philatelic division, Postphil, said stamps planned for release Oct. 29 "will be Iceland Post's very last issues."

That's truly heartbreaking. Norse mythology, Germanic philology, and runes are some of my topical interests, so the absence of Icelandic stamps will certainly create a void for me. The 2011 Icelandic souvenir sheet commemorating the 1000th anniversary of the burning of Njáll Þorgeirsson is currently on my want list. If Iceland won't be commemorating things like that anymore, nobody will. |

At the moment I don't have one country or three for that matter. For the last year or two it's British Commonwealth countries 1936-1953 (KGVI Reign). https://goscf.com/t/57878 |
