Hi guys
Got lots of these stamps (and others), but have not had time to go through them yet....Was wondering what the line is and is the circle showing under inking..?

I don't think it's a case of under inking. It looks like a damaged stamp. I can't explain the line. I have something similar I can show. I don't think it is a plate scratch. Yours might be.

I agree with the damage - the "extra line" looks like a plate scratch
