Otto,
TIP: try and learn to crop your images.
The black background is an improvement, but we don't need 5 images of the same thing, accurate images help us to help you.

Opinion:
Looks to me like a "colour changeling" albeit, I have never seen a stamp go from blue to bistre.
Usually depending on the pigments blue to purplish.

There would be no need for a forger to do such a thing.

There has been Light or chemical damage (soaking etc)
