Jefferson Stamp In Bad Shape Need Help With.

Among all these stamp I see this one that should be easy to find but I give up any help would be great.

It is a cutout of a postal card from the 1914-1916 Jefferson issue. The condition is not good enough to ID the Die Type, but in the Scott catalog you have UX27 or UX27C or UX27D. Assume you have UX27, as the other 2 are a bit pricey.
