Hi JVPool That stamp "el Salto de Agua" is most likely either Scott 634 (1923) un-watermarked, rouletted 14 and 1/2; or Scott 642 (but I do not think it is - perf 12 not rouletted) or 650 rouletted 14 and 1/2 with watermark 156.

That is my best assessment as I have quite a few of that El Salto de Agua (Pubic Fountain) stamp.

Issued 1923 without watermark Sc 634 with watermark Sc 642. There are also rouletted versions Sc 650. Also perf variations Sc 688 and more.
