Difficulty In Idenrifying Some Stamps

Hi to eveyone, I am busy sorting a collection I had in safekeeping for the past 60 odd years, and as you might of geussed there is always a stamp or 10 or 20 that tests your patience to the limit. It was actually during my search for a stamp that I, thankfully came across your forum.

Can someone please be kind enough to identify these two stamps for me.

First is Russia 1930 Sc#440 (Dark Green and Red)
Second is Finland (Tip: currency value tablet is Pen = Pennia )
Try Sc#80 1911 (Crossed Lightning Bolts)
