599 Line Pair--Is The Right One Type II?

I got this pair in a collection I bought many years ago. I've always thought this might be the rare "mixed" form with 599A on the right but never submitted it for authentication. The location of the Detroit CDS makes identification difficult. Will any one with experience in this variety please comment. I can post close ups of some of the critical areas if need be.

Difficult to be certain with the cancel right in the way. The secondary characteristics do not appear to be type II.

Not sure what somebody is looking at but the hairlines are definitely thicker where they should be recut and the other two recut lines can also be seen darker on the left side scroll area. Yes Ty II
