Picked up another Sierra Leone 6d QV, which I believe is Barefoot #3:

Contribution from Japan, with hand engraved (etched) revenues. They are best when on the document with nice calligraphy from the good old Meiji era.

and a nice pair from Ecuador, 1903-1904, numbered 131 in Forbin:



According to Forbin, there are small and large Bienio overprints, the small with a cross, and the large with a line. I have a few of these, all the same, and I'm guessing they are the large-with-line examples, though pricing in Forbin would indicate that the large overprint was somewhat more scarce than the small, at least in 1914. If someone can add an example of the small overprint with cross, I'd like to see it. I haven't tried Google, and I suppose I should...

Sassone 29, a franchise stamp from Italy, Enti semistatali in Italian, for the Cassa Nazionale Assicuraz. Sociali. The 1L is the high value in a set of six.



Strictly speaking, perhaps not a revenue, but another one appears a ways back in this thread, so it seemed to be as good a place as any.

Oplata Stemplowa translates as stamp duty.

Here is a Norway Stempelmaerke fiscal stamp from 1909. I found it listed in Forbin as no. 35.



It's the middle value in a set of 5. I created an album page for it and it's siblings, just in case.

The Forbin catalog only lists revenue stamps up to around 1915, but this series of revenues from Norway continued in use until 1941 with several dozen different denominations produced. There were also changes in color for a number of the denominations, for a total of around 40 major types. With a large number of sub-types.

The most recent catalog of Norwegian revenues that I am aware of is "The Revenue Stamps of Norway and Related Non-Fiscal Issues" by Bjorn Kristian Wang, published in 2007. The CD version, containing the catalog as a PDF file, is probably easier to find than a printed version.

Here's one that may trick a few collectors..............

I dont know the id of the stamp, but the Abgabe means postage due or tax.
